How are you compensated? +
We are fee-based financial planners – which means we are primarily compensated based on assets under management. We are not “fee-only” as some products, like life insurance, we do make a commission off of but is a very minor part of our business and we are transparent about those relationships upfront with our clients.
What other expenses might I incur as part of the financial planning process? +
During the financial planning process, you may want to consult with a tax advisor to better strategize and save on taxes or an attorney to protect your assets during estate planning. These would be additional fees from other businesses that you would incur as a part of a holistic wealth management plan.
