We are not a CPA firm, and likewise we do not charge CPA prices! Our client base consists of individuals, small businesses, and landlords who need help with accounting and tax preparation at all levels.
We can tailor our service from full bookkeeping down to simple annual reviews. Unlike other firms, we do not charge by the “form” but have a flat rate system that includes federal, state, and city tax returns. We
have clients in most every state from coast to coast, and even a few overseas. We can complete tax forms for each state if required, and we have resources to make sure we are up to date on the different state tax laws. I am a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, and served for 9 years on the Ohio NATP board. With today’s ever-changing tax codes, it is important that you not only get accurate tax reporting, but that you also understand all the implications of how the tax code affects your business and investment decisions. We will take the time to discuss your personal issues, and safeguard your privacy. We are available year round, not just the first four months of the year.

Preparation time depends on the complexity of the return. Provide all relevant records at the outset to ensure timely filing.
Is e-filing my tax return safe? +

What should I do if I cannot pay the full amount of tax I owe by the deadline? +
Pay as much as possible, determine affordable monthly payments, and submit an installment plan proposal to the IRS.
How long will it take to get my IRS refund? +
Electronic filings typically receive refunds within 21 days; paper filings may take six weeks or more.
Can a person qualify for more than one tax filing status? +
Yes, such as filing jointly or separately as a married couple, or as single or head of household as an unmarried person with dependents.
Does an automatic 6-month IRS filing extension give me more time to pay my taxes? +
No, it only extends filing time; payment is still due by the original deadline.
